There are two condition to deploy web application on server.

1.If you want use publicly,then you'll have to deploy on global IP(Server) thereafter you can access from anywhere,any system,any Phone with internet.

2. But if you deploy your application on Local IP(Server) thereafter you can use only on local server not publicly.If your phone,Mac is connected via Local server then Free to use,but if that is connected via Data pack or other server.it can't use.
