How to import Excel (MS O 2007) in Visual Studio 2012 (c#)

How to import Excel (MS O 2007) in Visual Studio 2012 using c#? i have try many of time . but code have an error-> microsoft.ace.oledb.12 provider is not registered on the local machine visual studio 2012?
