how to install missed packages from Packages offline Setting

Hi Friends,

I installed Latest Visual Studio(v16.5).I am running Visual stuidio(v16.3) project.Getting packages issues on project build.I cleared the nuget packes and added again in the packages settings.Still it showing errors.

Actually in the manage nuget packages window I am unable to install packeges through online.Why this option is not showing.

Please help me in this how to add missed packages in the Project,Models and DataAccess.
