how to log filename when user write filename into textfile

Hi i want to print message for file sucessfully transfer or not ? using batch script

 

steps:-user put filename into textfile then first it search into folder whether file is avlaible or not when avaliable then copy it to ftp server 

 

i just want to get confirmation whether file is copy sucessful or not and also log file
