How to make multipal line in field using crystal report

hello friends,
now i have facing a very big problem. have you any idea how can make field values in multipal lines. when i m retriving data from database its not coming properly and some words in cutting so please give me solution how to solve this problem..is there any option to make field in multipal lines..

Hi Naeem,

Try this.

Use "Can Grow" option for that text object in Crystal report.

1)Right Click -> Text Object
2)Select Format Object
3)Use Can grow option in the dialog box.

It enables for variable length fields to grow vertically in the report and word wrap automatically. A maximum number of lines can be set with this option to control rogue or large data elements.
