How to Open link in content page

Hi

I have below sidebar menu. I want another link on which user click say www.google.com . It should open in Content Part of Main Layout.

if you want to open internal pages then you can use partial view in Layout but for external pages,
"if1" width="100%" height="254" style="visibility:visible" src="http://www.google.com/custom?q=&btnG=Search">
you will need to use iframes.
