1st try to create and default aspx page and pass the value there. and from that page use javascript function to hold the value and pass it to the html page.
i.e. create a javascript and send the values and use that javascript file back to html page and access that value.
another method is passing the value through url in html, call the html action link in charp file and pass the value from url and utilize it.
