In ASP.NET, you can pass data in URL encoded format using the `HttpUtility.UrlEncode()` method. This method encodes the specified string by replacing certain characters with a sequence of hexadecimal digits.
Check this example where you might need to pass data in URL encoded format:
Suppose you have a web application that allows users to search for products by name. You want to pass the search query to the server using a URL parameter. However, the search query may contain special characters such as spaces, ampersands, and question marks, which could cause issues when passing the query in the URL. To avoid these issues, you can URL encode the search query before passing it as a parameter.
Code that shows how to URL encode the search query in ASP.NET:
Here we first define the search query as a string. We then use the `HttpUtility.UrlEncode()` method to URL encode the search query. Finally, we append the encoded search query as a parameter to the search URL.
The resulting URL will look something like this:
The space in the search query has been replaced with `%20`, which is the URL-encoded representation of a space. When the server receives this URL, it can use the `HttpUtility.UrlDecode()` method to decode the search query back to its original form.

In ASP.net, you can pass data in UrlEncode format using the
HttpUtility.UrlEncodemethod. This method encodes a string to be used in a URL by replacing special characters with their corresponding percent-encoded values.Here's an example:
To decode the data on the server side, you can use the

string dataToEncode = "Hello, world!";
string encodedData = HttpUtility.UrlEncode(dataToEncode);
string url = "http://example.com/?data=" + encodedData;
