use this code.

//declare variables
decimal a = Decimal.Parse(textBox1.Text);
decimal b = decimal.Parse(ddscore.SelectedItem.Text);
decimal c;
//perform calculation
c = (a * b)/100;
//display results
textBox2.Text = c.ToString();

you can use normal C# code for this,

in button click

you can calculate like below

txtbox2.Text=Convert.ToString((Convert.ToDouble(txtbox1.text)*Convert.ToDouble(cmb1.text))/100);

Anoop, while i don't mean to discourage you, I don't personally believe that this forum is a right place to put questions like this.

Essentially, you are learning C#, it seems. If yes, you are better of learning it in a proper way.
