How to Print the pdf and Excel formate from database

Since you want to create and ASP.NET application, most of the code that generates PDF and Excel will be on the server side. As you know, generating PDF and Excel documents is not directly supported using the basic .NET assemblies. So you will need to use a toolkit (like leadtools) that supports saving document formats. I think this feature is supported using their Document Writers functions. See this page for more details.
