I cannot update my first reply therefore I will add to it here.
It will help others help you if you tell us what type of project it is. As for right click on the project name and choose property, and then web, I do not see that in my ASP.Net Core project. Whatever that does, it might help, but to actually make the application available you need to either Publsih it or deploy it using instructions provided by the hosting company. Both terms, publish and deploy, mean the same thing.

Is your domain name registered with the same account as the hosting was purchased from? Regardless, the DNS needs NS records that point to the host and the hsot needs A records for the host. If you registered your domain name with ths ame webiste you hosting was purchased from then all that might have been done for you, otherwise you must get instructions from the registrar and/or hosting company.
Many hosts support deploying from GitHub repositories. Most big companies and professionals do that. If the host supports that then you can learn how to create a GitHub repository and push your application to it. Then follow your hosting company's instructions. When everything is set up it will be easy to do. You will just push your changes to the repository and everything normally happens automatically after that.
You can test your application locally using IIS. If IIS is not installed in your system then you can turn on that feature in the Control Panel. Then you can configure the application to publish to there. In Visual Studio, when you right-click on the project, there is a command in the context menu for Publish. If your project is properly configured then it will be published to your local IIS. To deploy to a remote host without other tools such as GitHub, it is probably just a matter of copying the contents of relevant folder to the host. You should however use the procedures the hosting company provide.
If it is an ASP.Net Core application then it can be hosted using either IIS, Apache or Nginx. If you have paid for hosting that uses IIS then that should work.

Hello Venus,
You might want to review steps 2 through 6 in the process.
Could you please clarify where you purchased the hosting service? If you're affiliated with an organization, it might be necessary to coordinate with your Platform Engineers to configure the DNS entry and related tasks.
I recommend considering options such as GitHub Actions, FTP, or Azure DevOps for handling deployments.
Ensure that your domain is properly configured to point to your hosting provider's servers. This involves configuring DNS settings, which typically include setting up an A or CNAME record to map your domain to the hosting server's IP address or hostname.
