How to reffer to system dll

i have reffered to all dlls which are necesary but i still get error clr20 , am forced to use my source controll to download later version which is running well

Hey

Expand your project on which you want to take reference -> add reference -> select projects from the left hand node and choose your respective dll.

Hi Carlos, Window form application has exe not the Dll than what are you finding with window Form application in which application do you want to add reference of window form? Kindly explain more about your problem. Thanks
