Int is not support more than 10 digit.
so use bigint instead of int

You can use float datatype in sql and pass data as double from c#

You have shared the code which has absolutely no issues. If you have problem on C# side, may sharing that code could have been helpful.
If you are reading data from SqlDataReader, use GetInt64 method.

oki i create stored procedures , and insert data as bigint are inserted but I have problem in Select statement when we return bigint i need to convert bigint in Proc or C# code

Set your column data type as bigint
and add record on that column. you may check below example,
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[Table_1](
[Id] [bigint] NULL
) ON [PRIMARY]
GO
insert into Table_1
select 1234567890123456

What exactly is the requrement. If you want data to be saved in sql, you can use bigint as datatype in sql. Please tell if you require any other details.
