How to select Column value in sql ????

I have table name is table1 and column name Pass, like this

Pass

Ascd1!@s

I want output like A1s, means select random value from column pass every time

how can i do this please help ...

try something like this

select top 1 COLOUMN_NAME from TABLE_NAME
order by NEWID()

This should solve your problem
