Hello Ritendra Mall,

Javascript and JQuery provide a large alternative option to access its object and properties. In case of you want to choose any object without ID, Class, or Name property then you should try with attribute. Attribute selection will be the same as other selectors.

Try below code on you end, It will work perfectly and provide the result as expected.

<html>
   <head>
      <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.5.1/jquery.min.js">script>
      <script>
         $(document).ready(function(){
           alert($("a[link-type='C#-Corner']").text())
         });
      script>
   head>
   <body>
      <a link-type="w3school" target="_blank" href="https://www.w3schools.com">Link for w3Schoolp>
      <a link-type="C#-Corner" target="_blank" href="https://www.c-sharpcorner.com">Link for C# Cornerp>
   body>
html>

Hi,
Try this code,
HTML:
<div class="about_section">
    <div class="col-md-5">
        <div class="panel panel-default">
            <div class="panel-heading">
                <a href="#" class="pull-right"> Edit a>
                <h3 class="panel-title"> About You h3>
             div>
            <textarea id="about_me" class="form-control inputstl" rows="5"> textarea>
        div>
    div>
div>
Script:
$(".about_section a.pull-right").on('click',function(){
//rest of code
})

You can select the tag based on the href attribute.
<a href="https://www.c-sharpcorner.com">C# Cornera>
You can select above anchor tag by specifying href value.
document.querySelector('a[href="https://www.c-sharpcorner.com"]')

Hello,

If you don't want to use ID, Class or name properties then you can also find an element by its text.
Eg. is shown in link https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7321896/jquery-find-element-by-text

Hey you need to compulsory pass Id,class or name property for a particular anchor tag. But to get first anchor tag you can do without using id, class or name property. Check this link may help you, https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-access-the-anchor-tag-value-using-onclick https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40949551/how-do-i-access-anchor-tag-in-javascript
