How to send automatic email notification though outlook when uploaded some documents?

Hi,

I want to create a web based application in which i can upload and download the uploaded documents and will send an email notification to some person(s) whenever any new document is uploaded. I am able to write a code for the upload and download documents but i need a code for automatic email notification through outlook.

yeah, email should be sent through website and yes users are using outlook.

After uploading/downloading the data, you need to send an email to users through the website. These users using Outlook? This what you looking for or something else, please lemme know.
