How to send email to a client.

I want to send a mail to a client at the end of each month which contain a excelsheet having information present in database for that particular month. So please tell me what i should do to automatically mail the excelsheet to the given mail id.

Hi,

Without an app password it's working fine..I think you face some other in that your solution.that's why the error showing or the app is not disable...: )

Hi,

check Your gmail password is correct or not ? "[email protected]"? afterward check while you are setted any 2 factor authentication message in gmail then remove it..

Yes sir, i am getting 5.5.1 authentication error.
the message is

Check this below option also..
Enter the correct login password.
To remove 2-Step Verification.

I changed the less secure app setting but it is still showing the same error. So please help sir

Try to use the namespace using System.Text;

Rajesh sir, this line is showing error
message.BodyEncoding = Encoding.UTF8;
The name Encoding does not exist in the current context.
So i changed this line to
message.BodyEncoding = System.Text.Encoding.UTF8;

Now it is compiled and run on browser.

At button click to send the mail it is showing below error on localhost. And on my gmail i get a mail from gmail team that someone is tried to sign in to my account.
What i should do?

Hi, For your requirement there 2 ways

1. you can schedule the job in sqlserver

2. you can create windowservies in c# and schedule in server system.

SMTP works on server also.you just need to provide the basic rights over server

thank you amitesh sir for your reply, but in he first link it is using smtp which will work only on localhost and i need to send an attachment with mail. so please provide some more suggestion according to my problem.
