how to send sms from c#.net application.

I have a .aspx where i will submit some text field and labels and hit  apply button. inside the button function i am handling data saved and sending E-mails . My question is there is any way to send E-mail and Sms after hitting the apply button. i am having mobile no. list in a table, which i can call. But i don't want  to use any other sms provider, i want to send from own server like using sqlserver or vpop.

 Any way is there please someone help me to get the solution.....
