How to setup pfSense Dual Wan Failover

I hope someone can give an idea on what to do and possibly on a step by step.

Here in Laos, the internet connection is not that good and we are hosting our application locally. I'm planning to get another ISP and setup a pfSense Failover. The pfSense is hosted in an i3 machine. Hope someone can give me an idea. Thanks in advance.
