how to show notification ?

hi there ,

im making an application where user has to send request the request goes to two authorites if the final authority approves he should get a notification or a label type in his dashboard that the request is been accepted.

how to perform this task.

Create a column name Status in database to save the status of request and also approvers or authorities actions.
After sending the request update Status column with "In Progress".
When all the authorities approved, update the status column with "Accepted".
Based on this status column, you can send notification via email and also show the status in dashboard.

Hi Subin,

your final approvar will be at front end, then why you need to depend on backend.
you could manage at front end.
