How to show (recursive)member tree without any click event

Hi ,
i am abhinav vishwakarma,

i want to make a tree with five member.
i completed design the database with memberId, memberName and subMemberId.

Now problem is that, how to show member in a tree format with subMemberId ?

I need your help.
