How to show start time and end-time in Front end framework?

Hi Team

Does any one know how to work with start time and end time in Ajax or HTML using any control in a form?

Any example would be appreciated with an option to download those time stamp as any file format either be csv or xml or pdf.

Any options to download file as either csv file or xml or pdf from the browser itself to your local directory?
