How to skip the installation using deployed setup fileVS2010

Hi,

How to skip the installation using already deployed setup file in Visual Studio 2010.

If already installed any application above mentioned image.How to skip the installation.

Anyone help me?

Thanks for your reply.But client ask no need to uninstall it.They want to skip the already installed application.

U need to Uninstall the application if u already installed it.
