his is far too broad a question for a simple Q&A response. If I understand your question correctly, you want to create a monitoring system that tracks all the activities of a user on a computer. That is quite a large undertaking and you will need to develop many diverse skills to achieve this. Your application would have to operate in the same manner as an intelligent keylogger and network sniffer. If you really need it, just search for computer monitoring software and buy one of the good commercial ones. They are quite affordable these days.
