Insert Into MyShop values (getdate())

Insert Into MyShop values (getUTCdate())

SELECT @d = DATEADD(dd, DATEDIFF(dd, 0, GETDATE()), 0);

DECLARE @t time(7);

SET @t = CAST('10:00:00' AS time);

UPDATE MyShop

You can use the DATEADD function to add 10 hours to the datetime column.
