how to upload the image to DB without using Fileupload tool

Write a stored procedure that will accept a byte array as an argument (for the image, or zipped file, or whatever) and convert the image to a byte array prior to sending it to the stored procedure.  You can expose the stored procedure in a web service or access it from within your application code for a desktop application; there is no reason to use the fileupload control.
