Try this... BCP yourdbName.dbo.yourtablename in "C:\Testfile\Sample.txt" -c -T -b100000 -S SQL2012 (--sql2012 is the instance name)

Sorry did not understand .... What is main sql server and local (gussing sql server running on your machine as local)? Are you accessing sql server (assuming this a main server kind of live/prod) through your client instance.
