How to use Rows and cells in Data Grid at WPF

Hello friends,

I m stuck up on data grid . i have excel file which i had import into datagrid.

Now what i want to do based on datagrid rows and cell values should be insert into database.

Please tell me how would i save the excel file data into database using datagrid.

i want in this format
dataGridView1.Rows[i].Cells["ColumnName"].Value
how would i do it WPF datagrid

I am using WPF . In WPF there is not control of datagridview. there is only datagrid.
and i m not the able to see rows and cell properties in datagrid . please find the some solution for it..so that i can save the rows and cell wise..
