How to web software work online and offline c#

I am developing web software.Client wants it to work online (if internet connection is available)and offline(if no internet connection) .offline Data Should Update For online Database (if internet connection is available)How do I Do it.

I'm Using c# and SQL 2008R2 Please help me .it's very urgent for me..

yes it is possible, for this you have to a little bit code like

1) You have to keep two database copies
A) Local machine B) Server Copy
2) Their are many ways like
A) You can develope the software which will store the data into local database (every time) & write some SQL jobs / schedulars which will runs on some specifice time every day & update the local database data to Server database
B) You can develope the software - write some logic while Insert/update/delete data if their is an internet connection then use Server database , if connection is not available then use Local database .
