Hi,

Follow these steps

Create a new Site, Right Click on Sites folder then click add Site
Enter the site name.
Select physical path
Select Ip Address
Change Port
Click OK
Go to Application Pools
Select the site pool
Right-click the click Advance Settings
Change the .Net CLR Version to "No Manage Code"
Change the Identity to "ApplicationPoolIdentity"
Go to Site home page then click "Authentication"
Right-click to AnonymousAuthentication then click "Edit"
Select Application Pool Identity
Click ok
restart iis and browse.

change two things
1. make your appPool to local system.
2. Go to Authorization and make anonymous auth to application pool identity

Hi, you can try this

From IIS, Go to Authentication then check Anonymous Authentication whether it is enabled or not. enable Anonymous Authentication if it is disabled then Edit it. You will get below screen, Select Application pool identity.

Also, check any authorization settings at the page level or server level, i had the same issue once.

The error also comes because of the database having less permission sometimes.

The error may come due to less accessible folder and AppPool having less permission.
