I am trained fresher regarding MS.net
I can handle any kind of designing and coding also when did i attend my interviews those are completed successfully but they put hold my resume and they said simply i will call you later or you are prepared for system test but i did not get any call from that company up to now i attend 10 to 15 interviews how to can i manage those problems please advise me sir

Second - Have patients - 10-15 interviews are nothings, I have seen people giving this much of interviews in a day. One thing i can suggest you is - ask interviewer about you feedback after the interview, collect all the feedback, and analyse them.
Remember - There are many unlucky companies in the world, you just need to find one lucky company which can have you..
