I have a problem with redirecting to another page?

Question

I have two websites in my local computer first one is developed in using asp.net webforms and another one is developed in asp.net mvc.

 

 

I need to forward request from mvc page to asp.net user page.

 

 

When i successfully login redirect to asp.net weebforms home page 

 

 

give me solution as soon as possible thanking you
