In stackoverflow, they replied that you might have missed a comma. Did you try? 

If that not resolves, please share the debug session of the line what is throwing error i.e. with runtime values of the query what executing.

You need to do some minor changes in code as remove single quote from grade value initialization. Write grade value as below

 

GRADE = "F"

 

Second, you have for gotten writting comma after the course so you shoule write it as below. Put it in a single line.

 

COMMAND = "INSERT INTO NEW(SNO,NAME,COURSE,MARKSOBTAINED,PERCENTAGEMARKS,GRADE) VALUES(" & SNO & " , '" & NAME & "' , '" & COURSE & "', " & MARKS & "," & PERCENTAGE & ",'" & GRADE & "')" 

 

It should work after changes, Please let me know.
