i need codeing for get data in gridview help of combobox

hi,
when i adding new ITEM to database,then that ITEM NAME is added in combobox at that time.After that iam selected one ITEM Name in combobox,that item information(like ITEM CODE,QUANTITY,PRICE,SIZE) is displayed in gridview.is it possible?PLZ Tell me.

well my friend you can do it very easily.

create a SQL call to the db and bind the combo.

DataTable dt = cmd.ExecuteScalar();
cmb.DataSource = dt;
cmb.DataMember = "ItemName";
cmb.DataBind()

and do the same idea with the Grid, bind it by the Cmb.SelectedValue
