I need to Start up the SERVER AGENT after install SSMS

Dear Ramon, I have not any personal issue with accepted answer rather than I want to give attention on the quality of answer to be accepted. It is not only for you as accepted answer is used to help other user find the better solution easily for the related problem. Accepted answer with better solution also improve the quality of communtiy.

 

As I can see the current accepted answer doesn't provide the better and good solution rather than a simple statement or suggestion. So, it should not be accepted.

 

Hope you understodd and it applies to all the communtiy members and it is just my personal view for a community. 

I think i due to I installed SSMS free and that versión is without Server Agent, i´m look to find out another way to calls SQL files from Windows like Task Schedule and excute a .bat file from it, but i was trying to excute the .sql file from CMD but i got this message:

After start SQLAgent(SQLEXPRESS02) (NOTE THAT IT IS RUNNING) i try to start SERVER AGENT but it appers DISABLED, try to change this condition but it was not posible due to all options to do that are blocked.

 Please start SQL server service first then start server agent
