Most of enterprise applications are going to be on cloud and Azure programming is buzzing since last 3-4 years. Earlier it was being used at big companies. Its billing charges were high. Now, it is in reach of everyone. There are many tools and free environments that provide you Azure environment. So, it is easy to learn and do real practices. Its future is good as it has not spread so much as expected.
In addition to this, I would like to suggest you to focus on HTML5, Signal R, Web API. WCF is already in your hand. Also, try to play with some trending scripting languages.
thanks,
Best of Luck!!!

Azure is a good pick. I highly advice it too. You are right, Azure is the important for cloud computing and will boost your career at heavy data enterprise applications.
But, you also know about HTML. As the days passed, HTML becomes the elementary part in any web development. HTML5 is much more than that and sooner going to be the base. Its learning is very easy and not going to take your so much time. Few days practices ( very interesting and you will enjoy) can give you a good understanding on it. jQuery and CSS is now common and mostly web developer know it and works on it. These technologies will also boost you at dealing heavy data applications.
Let me say, I am just making an equation with surplus skills. If you really don't like and go for it, still you are powering yourself with cloud technology i.e. Azure.
Thanks,
Best of Luck!!!

You are correct, nearly in 3-4 yrs it will be in demand in big as well as in small organization too.
Another point, you are suggesting to learn HTML5 and WebAPI etc. But I want to work on services side or middle layer and database side. Because i want to design framework or architecture for the project. So, i have chosen WCF and wanted to go for Azuer.
How is it in your opinion?
Do you have any idea for online training courses?
Thanks,
Shambhu.
