If interviewer how much you are getting in current company should I answer or not?

Obviously you should answer, they will ask what is your current CTC and how much you are expecting from us.
If your last salary was 4.2 then you must say expected between 5-6. if it was above five then you could say expected between 6.5 to 7.5 and so on.
This is my personal suggestion, i applied and succeeded on that.
