If interviewer how much you are getting in current company should I answer or not?

Obviously you should answer, they will ask what is your current CTC and how much you are expecting from us. If your last salary was 4.2 then you must say expected between 5-6. if it was above five then you could say expected between 6.5 to 7.5 and so on. This is my personal suggestion, i applied and succeeded on that.

Hi, I would suggest to be honest and share your current salary. Alos share the extra benefits which you are getting from current company. However, you should be clear with your expection. Even if you are getting less, and expecting more then be frank with your expection. Some company might ask for salary pay slip or details from previous company. So, better be honest.

Hello.. Yes, you must share the salary details (if asked)... When I had appeared for the interview, I was asked to submit the last 3months salary slip in the HR round. Also, they do cross-verify the details also. So, better inform the correct details when asked.

In few interviews, I have noticed they share the salary only to HR or interviewer (if the interviewer is the final authority for selection). If it is first round of interview and the interviewer is not the decision maker no need to share as you are revealing your personal information.
