You can use the LEADTOOLS multimedia library which supports reading images and writing them in a video format. Since you are creating an ASP.NET application, you can do the conversion on the server side. The workflow will be like this: 1. Upload the images to the server side from the web browser. 2. When the upload process is finished, pass the images to the conversion service on the server. 3. When the conversion is done, you can pass the resulting video back to the client.
