Hi. It is creating a table with name called as RegistrationEmployee with id as primary key and auto identity. It uses various index options and you can find details in below article, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/statements/alter-table-index-option-transact-sql?view=sql-server-ver15

Hi,
This will create new table with the name of RegistationEmployee
And create one column Id with int datatype. that will be auto increment id start with 1 and seed will be 1. Also, Id column will be a Primary Key for this table.
