i am not using any thrid party tool. my client is not accepting for using any thrid party tool

 

any other option is avaible Please le me know.

Which method you used for orginal migration? if you have used any tools like ShareGate or  SharePoint migration tools from Microsoft . its called delta migration and you can easly mention the date and do the incremental migration. this will migrate only the difference that you have for last month.
