Hi I am getting when doing date conversion DateTime dt = DateTime.Parse(str);

CultureInfo culture = new CultureInfo("en-US");
DateTime dateTimeObj = DateTime.ParseExact("12-12-2016 10:10:10.123", "MM-dd-yyyy hh:mm:ss.fff", provider);
