Friends, please do not confuse between UI element and database table. Application UI and database both do not care about from where data is coming and where the data is going. Plumbing is our job. This is called abstraction.

If there is a checked list box, may be more than 1 is checked. It is your decision how you want to store it. There may be more information associated with it. You will need to store that as well. You should also consider how you are going to get the info from db while showing the list box again.

If confused, give associated data information, which will help designing tables.
