Installation of window application setup file

Question

I have created Widow form apllication setup and installed in system.after installing this application when i (double) click on shortcut created on desktop then this application not open...................please help me...........

 

I am installted window form application setup in system where visual studio not installed......but i have to installed dot net frame work client profile 4
