So, I bought an SSL certificate from a provider (Hostatom in Thailand). I went into the process of Create Certificate Request in IIS. I then send this to the Hostatom. After a day, they sent us zip files of certificates. Again, I went to the IIS process of Complete Certificate Request. Unfortunately, after the process was complete, I could not find the certificate in the drop-down list. I check the MMC and found out that the certificates they sent us do not have a private key. We contacted them of course, but, they said that The private key is generated with the CSR when we originally created the CSR on the server. I did not find a private key when creating the Certificate Request.
Where can I find the key? I've been working on this for almost a week now and still have no luck.
