Intallation error in vs 2010 , urgent pls

i have core 2 duo intel processor,windows xp sp3,
2 gb ram,& 2.93 ghs
in my system.
when i am installing the vs 2010 profession im my system then setup starts but after that
setup cant able to install "ENU",what is that "ENU" that i dont know and
i m gettting error:file:->"vs_setup.msi is not valid"

pls any one help me and its very urgent pls,
i have use this setup in another system that system had not given me error

I think ENU is English.

Be sure to check all the documentation provided in the setup DVD relevant to the setup such as the readme file for information about your problem. It is likely that the problem is described and a solution provided.
