Is Microsoft blazor web assembly faster than React, Angular and Vue

If web assembly executes and runs fast in web browser. Is it mean that blazor web assembly faster than React, Angular and Vue?

1. Web Assembly in general is faster than Javascript, but i don't know, How . NET is utilizing it.
2. I think the first load will be slower than the angular first load, as all . NET assemblys need to compile and bundle and download in browser.
3. Better, you should run a performance test for both.
