Is .Net 5.0 is same as 4.5. If any difference explain it.

In fact .NET 5.0 hasn't even been released yet and we don't know for sure what it will contain.
The latest released versions is .NET 4.5.1.
Despite this, we have a forum category called .NET 5.0. I don't know why and I'd suggest that no more postings are made to it until there's something to talk about.
