Is there a certification for C# as a whole?
And if so, where can I get info on it?

You can take any technology(ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, WWF etc) and choose to do it certification for C# or VB.NET language.
If you want to give, I would suggest you to go for 70-536 because that is the most fundamental exam to give.
You can go through Third party certifications like Brainbench etc and you can get there certification on C# only. But they are not too much effective compared too MCP, MCTS......
Any information you need about Microsoft Certification, just ping me.....
