Issue - javascript files are not updating in MVC5

Hello everyone,

 

I am using vs 2015 community edition. On going MVC5 project, implement some javascript code inside product.js file then it is not updating after loaded on chrome browser.

I written _layout page like this,

 

 

 

How can I solve this issue? Please help me...
