Job after gab in career.

Question

Hi All, Currently I am working as a software engineer in MNC. I am having 2 years of technical support work experience. I wil go on maternity leave for 8 months and after that I will work for 3 months and I will relieve from my Job to take care of my kid. My Question: Is it possible to join into any MNC after this gab?? And I thought of taking remote jobs. Will it work practically?
